Return Window:
You may return your purchase within 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, returns will not be accepted after this period. -
Shipping Charges for Returns:

If your item arrives damaged or is not as described, we will cover the return shipping costs.

If you’re returning an item simply because you changed your mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.

Defective or Damaged Items:
Should you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us within 30 days. We will guide you through the return process at no additional cost. Once we assess the issue, we will either replace the item or issue a full refund, including any shipping charges you incurred. -
Change of Mind Returns:
If you decide you no longer want your purchase, please ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging, and return it within 30 days. In this case, you will need to pay for the return shipping, and your refund will be issued for the product cost only (excluding shipping fees). -
Refund Process:
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you a confirmation email. Your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that banks and credit card companies may require additional time to reflect the refund. If you do not see your refund after 10 business days from our confirmation, please contact us at support@techrobotixioutlet.com.
